1 part master data
part 2 type of club to put the cross on MASTER
3 signatures to the signature of the athlete and the consensus data
for the company leave blank, then consegnatemelo before 22 with 3 passport photos.
IMPORTANT ARE AWAY FOR THE ORGANIZATA 7 and 8 December in Riccione for the Master League, TOGETHER WITH THE GROUP OF TURIN AND IGOR GROUP THE VENETO.
I'll have more details, Let go in between for the date.
There will be lots of fun, even wives bring their husbands and children!! + Merrier fans are important !!!!!
